Terms and Conditions

  1. The 10-year guarantee start on the day after we have completed your installation and applies to kitchens, fitted bedrooms, media walls and home office as long as you have paid in full and completed the guarantee form.
  2. The guarantee does not cover damage to any item installed by Style Joinery Limited that has been damaged due to misuse by the customer or other persons visiting the property.
  3. Any damage caused by general wear and tear is not covered by the guarantee.
  4. Damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance or poor care is not covered by the guarantee.
  5. Any callout by the customer that are not due to a manufacturing and installation fault will be charged at £50.00 plus VAT, plus the cost of any works done.
  6. Fault hinges are covered by this guarantee.
  7. This guarantee does not cover any electrical installations, plumbing installations (hot and cold water and waste) connections made to the hot and cold water and waste as part of a kitchen sink installation.
  8. Damage caused by burst pipe and leaks and waste pipe leaks are not covered by the guarantee.
  9. Damage to mirror/s are not covered by the guarantee unless it is caused as a direct result of an installation failure.
  10. Water damage caused by mopping and or leaks is not covered by this guarantee.
