Price Promise Terms & Conditions

  1. The Style Joinery “Price Promise” only applies to domestic customers where the work is carried out in a private house.
  2. The Style Joinery “Price Promise” can be used by a customer for a kitchen, fitted bedroom/wardrobes, media wall or home office or any other work agreed between the customer and Style Joinery.
  3. To apply for a “Price Promise” quotation the customer must provide a written quotation from another supplier dated within three months of asking Style Joinery to match or beat the quotation. The quote cannot be a sale or special offer quote it must be a standard quotation.
  4. Style Joinery guarantee to beat any other supplier’s quotation by at least 5% on a like for like basis.
  5. The quotation must not contain the cost of any electrical or gas appliances.
  6. The quotation must include all cabinets, parts, hinges, worktops, plinths, corniche, pelmets and handles if applicable.
  7. The quotation must include VAT and delivery.
  8. If the customer decides to use Style Joinery after receiving a “Price Promise” quotation an agreed installation date for the completion of the work quoted must be agreed and the required deposit paid within 7 days of the customer receiving the Style Joinery written “Price Promise” quotation.
  9. The quotation can either be a supply and fit quotation or a supply only quotation.
  10. The Style Joinery 10-year guarantee applies to all work supplied and fitted by Style Joinery, supply only work is not covered by the 10-year guarantee.
  11. Style Joinery can at any time at its sole discretion decide not to provide a like for like quotation to the customer, without providing a reason to the customer as to why they have decided not to provide a like for like quotation.
